Saturno worked with the firm through their web redevelopment project to meet these challenges by deploying the suite of software products and web marketing tools developed specifically for law firms. First, the firm deployed the Saturno WebBack content management system to publish and maintain content to be used on firm website and in other integrated applications. Second, the firm deployed Saturno Proposal Suite to create and deliver both paper and online, electronic proposals. Lastly, the firm deployed Saturno Email Marketing Center for email marketing including newsletters, alerts, and event invitations.
Dynamic Home Page
The Cooley home page was developed to be easily updated and controlled using the Saturno WebBack content management system. Articles, news, events, and other featured information can be placed on the home page in just the way the firm wishes, including client-controlled graphics and multimedia.
Information-Rich, Dynamic Practice Area Pages
Practice area pages feature a wide range of related content, such as articles, events, news, and graphic callouts to feature important information.
Smartly Developed Practice Area Menus
A menu page for industries, practice areas, and practice specialties was developed using expanding and collapsing navigation. This navigation allows for the presentation of all categories of practice areas and industries in an intuitive, manageable format.
Graphic Sidebar Elements
Important marketing initiatives are featured on various pages using graphical sidebar elements, like this Sky Radio Network audio interview. The firm can create and place these elements on any page of the website using the Saturno WebBack content management system.
Attorney & People Search
With hundreds of attorneys practicing in cities across the U.S., the attorney search section is one of the most visited portions of the website. Searching for an attorney is made simple with an advanced search feature that offers the visitor a variety of options. 
Enterprise Website Content Management
The firm manages a large library of content as a team using the Saturno WebBack content management system. Content stored in this system is repurposed through the firm's proposal system (Saturno Proposal Suite), and through the firm's email marketing system (Saturno Email Marketing Center).
Proposal System
Leveraging their entire library of marketing content stored in the Saturno WebBack content management system, the firm creates proposals quickly and efficiently as team using Saturno Proposal Suite.
Proposals are posted to the web as password-protected websites, or as MS Word documents that can be printed or converted to PDFs. The firm can also create PowerPoint presentations quickly and easily using standardized firm marketing content.
Email Marketing
To send email newsletters to thousands of subscribers on a regular basis, Cooley chose Saturno Email Marketing Center. All news, articles, events, and other content available on the firm's website can be quickly and easily sent to subscribers. Subscribers can use the firm website to manage their subscriptions, and select or cancel various publications that the firm offers.
