Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt employs in-house development staff for web and other media services. When Schwabe decided to rebuild their website, they sought assistance and software systems from Saturno. Their goals were:

The Problem: The firm needed a content management solution to drive their entire new Web site and wanted to rebuild and launch their new website within a 3-4 month period.

The previous version of Schwabe.com was built using static web pages. Content management problems were surfacing due to both the static nature of the site and the increasing amount of online information Schwabe needed to manage. Website edits were time-consuming, keeping in-house developers too busy to manage other projects.

The Problem: Schwabe needed a way to help attorneys and staff market the firm's services. Because organizing marketing efforts is time-intensive, it is typical for only a few key people at a firm take on all marketing efforts.

The Solution: Saturno Email Marketing Center ™ components were used to provide attorneys and key staff members with tools to send invitations, publications, and other information to prospective and existing clients. Saturno Email Marketing Center components track the response of the recipient (Did the user click the link? How many times? When? Etc.)
